As part of the JITRO project, we have created a unique concept of modern living that combines the dynamism of the city with the peaceful atmosphere of privacy and community life. In the courtyard, we placed townhouses – a distinctive form of housing in low-rise buildings, each with its own address and identity. The project presents a strong presence on the outer street, while on the inside, it offers more space for the peaceful communal life of its new residents. We have paid great attention to the use of materials, details, and greenery.

Project rollout
2025
This phase involves meticulous planning, prioritizing safety, and demolishing existing structures to prepare the site for the next stages of construction. The goal is to lay a solid foundation for the work to come.
The commencement of construction is a key step in any building project. Once all the preparatory work is completed and all necessary permits are obtained, we can proceed with the construction.
2026
The completion of the rough construction is a significant milestone. This phase involves constructing the building’s basic structure, including load-bearing walls, ceilings, roof, and other key elements.
2027
The final inspection is a formal process in which the construction is officially assessed to ensure it meets all legislative, technical, and safety requirements.
The handover of the units is a significant moment when future owners finally meet their new homes.
