The Buying Process Step by Step
Initial Reservation
Once you decide to buy, we will reserve your selected unit for 48 hours.
Preliminary Purchase Agreement
Within three business days of signing the agreement, a deposit amounting to 10% of the purchase price must be paid. Within three months thereafter, you will pay the remaining balance of the deposit, up to 20% of the purchase price.
Purchase Agreement
You will pay the remaining 80% of the purchase price after signing the purchase agreement—either through a mortgage loan or from your own funds.
Unit Handover
The expected handover date for the unit is Q4 2027.
